The vetting process is thorough but not overly so - there are some questions/queries you can ask (like what does this person do during interviews) without feeling like they're being interrogated or quizzed too much by your potential partner's business owners / hiring managers. Some people who may be looking at other platforms will choose vetts over them because we provide more transparency into our team members' backgrounds than others out here. We've also gotten great referrals from clients through their experiences working w us. It takes about 3-4 weeks before someone gets approved after submitting all necessary information via email request form plus interview question responses submitted online when applicable if you qualify.
