When I attempted to contact them to get assistance with the problems I was having with the camera, I was met with lengthy wait times and representatives who were unable to provide any assistance. On the basis of my experiences, I am unable to recommend DAYTECH to others. In spite of the fact that they assert that they provide top-tier electronics and security solutions, they did not live up to the promises that they made. It is in your best interest to seek elsewhere if you want to find products that are dependable and of high quality.
