I really liked the cover! It's great quality, with nice padding on the bottom, an important silicone coating on the top, two velcro straps that together with the elastic around the perimeter really fix the cover on the ironing board. And I really like the brown color that I took instead of silver at the last moment. Replaced a silver spacer that had been in regular use for about 20 years and wanted to try replacing it with another good quality one. Before I decided on this one, I did a little research and read a lot of reviews. When it arrived and was unpacked I could say it was everything I hoped it would be. It fits perfectly on my board (which is 15" at its widest point towards the back of the board and 48" long at the top, not including the necessary lower fabric sleeve). I immediately ironed the cover to remove the creases, which was no problem. I'm pretty sure this cover will last many years as will the one it replaces.
