Arrived on time. Bought 2 and both work. Don't forget to turn on the switch hidden in the pocket on the hat. Then there is an on/off button on the front of the hat. I would turn off the switch even if you don't intend to use it just to save battery life. There are 3 light settings. Press them once they stop, press them again to make them blink fast, and press them three times to make them blink slower. Nice and bright. Everyone thinks they're great! The fit is perfect because they don't slip, they stay. I've only had them one day so we'll see how the light holds up. If anything changes or breaks easily I'll update the rating and review but for now I'm glad I bought it as I was nervous about other reviews. I have ordered 3 more for others. I'll be happy to give them away. Delicious!
