This is a beautiful piece and I get a lot of comments wearing it. I broke the cable as I didn't read the instructions and didn't know there was a bracket to slide it. I emailed Montana Silversmiths and they sent new cables and new tips free of charge, although I told them it was entirely my fault and offered to pay. It was a pleasure working with Montana Silversmiths Customer Service.
