Installation was easy. You only need a pair of pliers to remove the "covers" from the spark plug. Don't pull the wire, pull the rubber band. You will most likely need a 5/8" spark plug wrench, but a pan head wrench is best. After installation I took my Dodge Dakota 3.9L V6 Ext. Cab to drive. Immediate and noticeable increase in acceleration. My truck shifts much faster and doesn't rev up as much before shifting. The sweet spot for mpg is now around 55 mph instead of 50.
