Good but. - my new review
Bought this belt in 2020 and it has held up well. However, of late it has ruined three of my stringers. For some inexplicable reason, it is leaving a black mark where the belt is. It could be sweatiness but in that case, it's a poor design. Good belt but id rather get another and keep my clothes.

- The belt may require frequent adjustments during exercise
