The camera I received had obviously been used before as it had pictures on the disc that came with it. Some photos from the jewelry store. I emailed and told them about it and they said it wasn't possible. Which of course was possible. So they convinced me to leave it, which I did, and then there was trouble. It only takes photos/videos for the first few hours and then stops. I changed the SD card (16 GB). I reformatted the SD card (32GB) and changed the batteries (Energizer). And after all that didn't work, I was told that my return window had expired and that I was unlucky. So I'm stuck with a useless product. No wonder someone else brought this one back!
