I'm 5ft 2in, 120lbs, 32A, athletic build (broad shoulders). I usually wear an XS or S depending on how tight I want the top to fit, but I read a few reviews and went for a size M. The black top fits GREAT. Suitable for small breasts, it feels buttery smooth like Lululemon. I do cardio, core and weights - the top is great for all types of exercise. The gray top was a different story. It was still the same oily texture but the size was completely different. I had weird gaps in some places and it didn't fit like a black top at all. I checked the label for size - both are medium. So it's clear that there are some quality control issues. I'm sending the gray one back. I'm still very happy with the black top. I can buy other colors to see if the size is better for this one.
