You get what you pay for

I tried this drive but unfortunately it burned me. The drive was great while it was working, but it died shortly after installing it on an old Lenovo g570 laptop. Thinking it might be the laptop, I tried reading the drive to get a backup. Disable it just in case the backup fails every time with a message in the mini partition wizard describing the next device indexing failure. Sometimes I can read the drive but can't write to it and the read randomly fails, but I managed to intercept it and get most of the profile data from the windows installation, but the drive is powered off. What was unclear to me was the type of flash on this drive so I'll stick with Silicon Power from now on, same approximate price but you get an SSD management tool and I feel like they're just dozens of times more reliable as an addlink. Trust me, save yourself the hassle and go for silicon, or just spend a little more and go for the Critical or Samsung Evo as both are in a very affordable price range.
