We loved the 11 inch so I bought the 7.9 inch. It is the most functional skillet we have ever owned. It is super non stick. You could only ever wipe this out with a paper towel.You need to use only silicone utensils as hard plastic will make dents in the non stick finish. It is interesting they spent effort to mold a star design on the bottom of the pan. It is pretty, but it would require obsession to keep it clean. The handle is long in my opinion, but my wife likes it and had forbidden me cutting it shorter.
