I'm glad I bought these as they freed up a lot of space in the corner of my garage and tidy up my tools. I recommend these brackets with a few suggestions/pro tips: - plan carefully where you want to place the brackets; - Consider spreading them out (like other walls) as you'll find that you'll overlap the studs with brackets that will keep you from hanging longer tools on them; - You will need a drill with nozzles to create pilot holes. These brackets will hold very heavy items such as pickaxes, sleds, axes, etc. IF mounted on wall studs: - Understand and plan what you want to hang (items with a longer handle will make hanging other items more difficult if the brackets overlap or if you hit the ceiling); - Hang heavier items lower to the ground (this seems like common sense, but there's a "man from Florida"). As other reviewers have pointed out the hooks rely on the use of weight tools to hold them to the wall which is not a problem as can be seen in the photos I have included. You may have trouble with large items with a handle, but you just need to hang them in a different place on the instrument.
