Waste of money. If you like the feeling of having your hair ripped out then this is a piece of junk for you. I've tried everything to make this thing work, clean, lube, adjust the case, do whatever other reviews have suggested. no still felt it pulling my hair out of my skin. I've tried using it on my head as I usually cut my hair as close as possible and I've tried it on my beard. Both were terrible. Don't waste money. I will never buy a Wahl product again. I would have returned it but had more fun wrecking it on the bottom of the bin after feeling like my hair had been ripped out of my head!
