My wife has been using this IntraKera conditioner for over 20 years. Any time the company that owns this product has a problem, they stick with it because it's usually a great product. Someone must have changed the wording this time. It doesn't work like the old product. Her hairstylist informed her that there was another issue with the company and the latest batch of their product. This is obviously exactly what the buyer of their hair salon was told, so take it for what it's worth. However, it's hard to argue when you have an old product to compare it to. It might still be a good product for other people, but if you liked how it worked before then you might be just as disappointed as we are. We hope they come back with a quality product as it is difficult to find a good holiday conditioner.
