This item is made and shipped from China so was not Prime. It lasted a MONTH. You were in therapy for my elderly mother. The back of the heel isn't flat, so the therapist didn't like it. They were slim to wear and the fabric was thin. I wanted to return them for a refund but the company only offered me a partial refund (China) minus other fees and I keep the shoes to myself. I plan to donate them to a nursing home. This location incorrectly states where the product is shipped from. They have an address in the US, but it's China. This means that orders and returns are not worthwhile. The shoes were not worth the price paid.
