I have had straight hair all my life. As I got older my hair became frizzy and gray (I'm older). Yesterday I tried CHI Keratin for the first time and voila, my hair is straight again! I washed, applied CHI Keratin, dried my hair and that was it! The instructions say to use a flat iron, but since it is heat activated and my hair is straight again, I saw no need to heat it further. Too high a temperature is bad for your hair. I am delighted with the results achieved and will continue to purchase CHI Keratin. UPDATE: After a few washes my hair is a bit frizzy but after blow drying my hair the curls are completely gone. They are now much easier to blow out than before. Blow-drying used to be extremely difficult, but not anymore. Will keep buying.
