WOW! To be honest I didn't expect them to work at all considering how many other liners I've tried for my heel spur. But wow, after the first day of wearing them I felt a huge difference. My job requires me to be on my feet for over 10 hours on concrete and I can usually barely walk at the end of the day, especially after sitting for a while.
