Highly recommended! I discovered this toner in Iceland and ordered another one here at Revain US. This is one of the most effective tonics out there, I notice a difference immediately after a few uses. Usually toners feel like water and you're not sure if that works, but this Madara toner really smoothed and brightened my skin like no other! The price is also very reasonable. The only criticism is the seller's packaging. They put a giant shipping label on the bottle that covers almost the entire bottle. I can't take it off, it curls up and looks dirty.
