Review on KIMICARE by Bradley Mutha

The goods and services offered by KIMICARE have been a huge letdown for me as a customer. A number of KIMICARE toys and activities that I bought for my kids were of shockingly low quality. The KIMICARE gifts I got were cheap and easily broken. The play clothes were poorly manufactured, so they were useless after a single wear. The culinary playthings weren't much better, with many having broken or missing parts. I called KIMICARE's customer support to express my disappointment in the quality of their products and received unsatisfactory treatment. The customer support rep was not sympathetic to my problems and offered no assistance. They flat-out denied my request for a refund or swap, leaving me with broken toys and nothing but annoyance. Overall, KIMICARE is not a company I would suggest to anyone in search of high-quality children's playthings. Poor quality control and unhelpful staff characterize all of their offerings. If you want higher quality for less money, look elsewhere.
