My review is about the HDX screen for my 12.9" iPad Pro. Let me upfront by saying that I watched Zagg's application video before trying it and it seemed pretty easy to do I also read the review to register your product FIRST in case you need a replacement so that's what I did next.On opening the box I noticed that the 'spray' shown in the video was not valid ;They no longer send out fingertip and screen spray. Instead, you get a wet wipe, cloth, and wiper. I went even further and called Zagg customer service before applying about the missing spray, and to get through the process The screen has two tabs on each side and a yellow overlay Customer service said to remove tab 1 and then place the sticky side down with the yellow layer helping with placement t. I made sure to remove the tab because other users said it ripped. No matter how careful I was, the sticky side was removed from the yellow protective layer. a barrier that served the purpose and the dust adhered well to the sticky surface (making the yellow lead useless as I couldn't even use it) (at least I didn't tear anything). Needless to say I called Zagg and when I told this lady I needed a replacement under warranty and that I got it from Revain she emphatically told me no. I then explained that I had previously registered my product and that Revain was an option upon registration. She then allowed me to provide a replacement. After thinking for a few minutes I decided that when the replacement came I would take it to my phone repair shop because they fixed my iPhone and added a free screen protector that looks pristine. To add to my insanity, I called Zagg again and switched to the glass screen. I really like Zagg as my iPhone's screen is excellent, but I deducted a star due to the complexity of the application.
