Every time I turned off the truck the subwoofer made a terrible feedback noise. After a few months the subwoofer started making ONLY this noise and no sound was produced. So. Weeks of troubleshooting led me to a small black shrink circuit that converts 12V to 6V. I unplugged the speaker wires from the circuit and connected them together. The subwoofer worked again and I had no more feedback noise when I parked the truck. moral of the story. I want my time back to have to fix this myself. I also want to be a manager in a company so I can tell them that speaker wire doesn't have to go through a circuit to work.
