I didn't get this item for free and I've never gotten anything for free in my life. I worked for money and paid for the goods with the specified money. That being said, we had a three-suction cup shampoo rack that wasn't slanted, but was against a straight wall. It didn't hold up that much, and the suction kept opening and folding the shelf, which can weigh many, many pounds with all our various shampoos and soaps. In any case, the new shelf is more stable because it is angled and has a fourth suction cup. The negative feedback is likely coming from people who have incorrectly soaked and loosened the cups, not placing them correctly to ensure they are not pulled out by another tightened one. I friggin hope it doesn't fall off because it has a second shelf so we bought a hundred bucks more shampoo and soap. That git weighs at least forty pounds now. If my kids are in the bath and it falls, I'll withdraw my positive review and file a claim. But so far it seems perfect. Simply grab the tie and make sure all four suction cups are properly attached.
