Review on Savane Men'S Khaki Chino: Tailored Fit For Complete Comfort by Lance Alvarez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

4-way stretch with a modern, slimmer leg

These Flat Front Complete Comfort Khaki Chino Pants from Savane really are completely comfortable! These are made of 96% cotton and 4% spandex and because the warp and the weft threads both have spandex, the fabric has 4-way stretch. This makes a huge difference when engaged in activities that include bending, squatting and stretching. The fabric is thick enough for durability but not so thick as to be too hot. It's quality fabric. These have a modern slimmer cut in the legs that give a youthful look. The legs are tapered but not so much that they look like skinny fit pants. They will flatter men with thin to average builds most. It you have a generous behind or extremely muscular thighs, they may not flatter as much. Also, the rise seems just slightly lower than classic cut slacks. These have a metal zipper and button closure. There are 6 belt loops at the waistband that have top stitching detailing. There are two, side seam front pockets with decorative top stitching and two, welted, back pockets with top stitching. They are flat front - no pleats.Although I can't see inside, the waistband seems to have wide elastic sewn in the center to give it just a little give. It's extremely comfortable. One thing I like is that the interior of the pockets is made of a stretch, knit fabric. I'm not sure how durable they will be but they lay nicely and make it easy to slide your wallet or cell phone in and out of your pocket. I will update if they turn out to be less than durable. One other cool thing is that the Savane logo is applied to the center back, inside waistband and the logo is a silicone material. It seems to serve to keep the back of your shirt tucked in.These are great pants for casual office or leisure wear. They look good and feel great and are made of superb materials. If they are anything like the other Savane slacks my husband and sons have, they will last for many years.
