I use this system on my trumpet and flugelhorn. I can also connect it to my effects pedals and then connect a quarter inch to my speaker system. It offers the opportunity to move in the scene that I was hoping for. I got virtually no feedback going in front of the stage monitors and speakers. The battery life is strong. I can easily detach the mic from the trumpet and attach it to the bongo between songs.
