The customer service is great! I love that they always reply back to me so quickly, even if its just for something as simple as an update or change request! They also have very detailed documentation in terms of what you need done/how it should be implemented etc - which was really helpful at times too (esp with some clients who are not technical savvy). It's relatively easy to use once set up though can take time getting used to how things get configured initially. We've only had one issue since implementing but this has been resolved straight away by them :) As stated above the support team and initial setup could do with being more 'in-depth' perhaps? At least giving examples / best practice setups would help those new users out rather than having to go through trial & error like we did initially. Have solved our delivery tracking issues, helped us grow traffic stats using Google Analytics API integrations and increased engagement across social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook. Overall happy user experience.
