I like this NUXE shower oil better than I expected when I tried it for the first time. When I first opened the bottle I thought it was a very summery scent, like warm sunscreen. However, when I first lathered it up on my shower stool in the shower, it had a stronger, fragrant scent that reminded me of my high school typing teacher (not a good association). However, after washing up and getting dressed, I found the scent to be significantly softer and actually very pleasant. Hours after a shower, my skin still smells clean with just a hint of this cleanser's scent. The shower oil itself is quite thick. It doesn't create a lot of suds, but we all think that suds make us cleaner when it's really just for show. This product lathers enough and rinses off well enough that I don't feel any stains on my skin. My skin also doesn't feel dry or tight after a shower, but that can change in the winter.
