I like that it's easy to use, especially when you're just getting started with your website or blog! The customer service can be hit-or miss sometimes - but they are always quick at responding if there needs to be an issue resolved (which isn't often).

They have some great tutorials online which will help get things set up quickly so even though this may seem complicated upfront, once everything has been setup correctly its very simple to manage from here forward without any issues arising in regards of maintenance/updates etc. If someone wants something super cheap then go elsewhere as their prices aren't competitive compared to other providers out there. We've used them because we wanted our own domain control rather than using GoDaddy who were charging us too much money each year through renewals.
