The ability to easily create and send forms from within an application. The customer service is top notch. I have used other products and have never been treated as well as I am here. This product has helped my organization in many ways - time savings, ease of use, customer service. We have only had positive reviews when it comes to this product. Ivy is not perfect but they are constantly improving their product. It will take some getting used to but once you do, you won't want to go back. Forms and surveys are both easy to create and send. There is nothing negative to mention about this product.
