They sent me a used product
The product I received appears to have been opened and used. The back of the packaging looked cut open for someone to take out and use. Grease and dirt have accumulated on the back where the ratchet connects and on the jagged end you can see how some of the black scratch is as if it has been used before. Very disappointed to get something like this.
