For platform pedal adapter.
I think they will be ok, I haven't used them yet. I attach them to the platform adapters I bought for my pedals so I don't have to wear cycling shoes on a casual ride (trail, paved paths). I'll try them out in Maine in about a week. They attached easily to the metal platforms I bought and fit my pedals perfectly.
