Review on Swurfer by Jarrett Francis

Given that Swurfer bills itself as a provider of "high-quality, innovative, and fun toys and games for kids and families," I had high expectations for their offerings. My encounters with their goods, however, have been less than satisfying. The goods' appeal to children belies their poor quality and lack of longevity. Unfortunately, our child's Swurfer Swing only lasted a few usage before it broke. Despite our hopes, it turned out to be too flimsy and poorly constructed to endure even occasional use. The service we got from the company's representatives was also poor. They didn't provide us with a good answer and showed no desire in fixing the issue. The products and support we received from Swurfer were below par, so I would not suggest them to anyone. Their goal to get kids outside and active is admirable, but they need to work on their products and customer service if they want me to buy from them again.
