Review on Brand Base by Ronald Noel

I really like how easy it was for me as an internal user of this product, but also having external users use these features too! It has helped us plan out our next steps with all different types of customers (internal & externals). The only thing we don't love about brandbase at this time is there are no native reports available in their platform. We're currently using other products to create custom reports however would prefer if they offered those natively so people can just click "create report" instead of going through another program first before creating one ourselves. This allows everyone within my organization who needs access quick reporting without needing assistance from others or extra IT support needed when building new ones.
