bits worked as expected. The packaging was great: a big plastic box that protects the bits but is made in such a way that the bits are VERY difficult to get out! I had to use a wrench to break the "stick" between the bat and the plastic and then wrap the rag around the bat to finally unscrew it from the plastic case. Replacing the racquet in the body led to another episode where I needed the racquet again!
