I don’t know it took me this long to purchase this box! I was very hesitant, I had it in my cart for months! I went back and forth from amazon to multiple fitness websites. These boxes were double sometimes Triple the price. I didn’t want to fork out the money and it be a dud. Boy was I wrong. I use this box for everything! It fits perfectly in my little home gym. Step-ups, Bulgarian splits, hip thrusts, box jumps you name it! I thought the 30in wouldnt be as sturdy but it holds up! I’m 140lb and 5’3. I have girlfriends who come over and workout, one is about 180lbs and it this box does not budge! Very happy with my purchase.
