One of the chargers stopped working after one charge. I don't know how to issue a refund as only one item is affected. Obviously I'll have to return both to get another one and in the meantime I'll be left without a charger. Definitely a waste of money and the return is too complicated. I was hoping that a more expensive charger would save me from having to replace them so often, but I see that's not the case.
