So far, so good! Appears in great condition overall, one small defect on the inside bottom of the keyboard tray which you cannot see after installation. The rest looks great and it took about 5 minutes to set up the keyboard tray. The hex screw securing the keyboard tray was a bit fiddly to tighten, but nothing major. I wish it had a quick reset feature, but I'm not sure how often I'll be using it. Raising the desk is super easy with my 24 inch Lenovo all-in-one, a few accessories like a headset, phone charger, tablet and even a 12 lb cat! :) all this while typing on the keyboard which was my main concern so I was happy there. It also rises quite high for me and I'm 5ft 10 inches tall. I just increase it to about 75%. I'll probably need a comfy mat to stand on, but that's my problem. Lowering it feels just as easy, and the keyboard tray is almost entirely flat. I like the rounded edge of the keyboard stand as well as the comfort on my wrists while relaxing. I use a wireless mouse and keyboard, so a very clean setup. I can poke a hole in a plastic phone/tablet holder like anyone else to put a charging cable through, but I have a wireless charger on a holder that I use all day. Otherwise very satisfied at the moment and it's only a matter of time! I will update if there are any problems. I recommend as an alternative to a top brand!
