I am very disappointed that the turnbuckles are missing locknuts on each end which resulted in the turnbuckle loosening from the cable rotation when the end of the cable was attached to the tree. This problem could have resulted in serious injury and should not be overlooked! There are few parts associated with this zip line, so obviously don't care about quality/missing parts or the safety of consumers or their kids. I also recommend CTSC to fix this quality/missing parts issue! This issue may seem minor to CTSC, but not to parents of children using your products! Serious. Gather people! Missing parts meant that installation had to be delayed until equipment (metric) was purchased. A great inconvenience for me and a great disappointment for the children. Attention consumers! TO UPDATE. 0 stars. After 3 weeks, the seller/company replaced the entire turnbuckle. * BUT *. No lock nuts for safety! What was missing in the original set. *** Do not install a turnbuckle without (metric) lock nuts in this kit! The zip line could loosen the threaded bolts in the turnbuckle and the rider could hit the ground causing serious injury or even death! The zip line kit instructions clearly indicate with photos how to tighten these non-existent locknuts. The chances of consumers getting locking nuts are .ZIP, null, zilch.
