This product was purchased solely for use with my Medtronic 630 sleep insulin pump. My pajamas don't have pockets, and even if they do, I don't see my pump staying in a pocket or causing any discomfort when I'm lying on my side over the pump. I have been wearing the Double Pocket SPI running belt for many years. While this strap will hold a lot of gear for everyday use, it's not ideal for sleeping. I came across this running buddy who was looking for a "pocket running belt" to hold the pump. I wanted the waist to have velcro instead of a buckle, which was also an issue with the looks. This running buddy has no fasteners or buckles. Instead, this pouch attaches to your belt with powerful magnets that hold the belt between two pieces of fabric. The actual cover is a breathable mesh pocket that closes with Velcro. The pack size is ideal for an insulin pump. My Medtronic fits comfortably upright and has space the width of a trouser pocket. This bag can hold a deck of cards for size reference. I've been wearing it for 3 nights now with no problems, no discomfort and no movement, the pouch stays in place. I am very happy with this purchase and the product. Recommended for insulin pump users, especially for sleep! Bought the pink version.
