I bought this brush because of the rave reviews. I'm a makeup artist and I'm always looking for new businesses to try. First I wrote that I like how soft it is and how it feels, but my brush sheds too much. Shortly thereafter, the company contacted me and offered to exchange my brush immediately! I was so blown away by the great customer service I was speechless.
