Review on Rugged Ridge 11401 03 Billet Grille by Mike Skinner

Okay I had to order 2 of these kits, the first one came broken and returned, basically they aren't properly packaged but I think it's a gross combing error. The bolts on some of the bars are pointing downwards so they'll scratch you like hell when they're delivered to you, then the thin plastic brace holding the girl on the stake snaps and she snaps. Long story short, on my first order I received 3 good grate inserts out of 7. I ordered it assuming it had a blank silver grille, but it's not black! So this paragraph is black on black! I couldn't exchange the item because I would have to pay for the return shipping, so I'm not sure if I should pay for the return shipping for this broken item that didn't fit in the first place, or exchange one right away so I don't have to pay the shipping cost. Well I did an exchange, new earbuds come in the mail and luckily I kept the others until they arrived because 2 of them were broken too! and 1 or 2 of them were scratched too. So I basically had to put together 7 good ones out of the 14 I got and was nervous even then because to be honest they weren't perfect, had some paint defects, some were a bit bent, I had to pull them out and bend the back. However, AMAZON was completely at a loss and sent a replacement before I received the broken one, they gave me 30 days return policy and the replacement got to me 3 days later. The inserts look good, but damn I had to do this! BEWARE!
