Accurate but keeps turning off
Love the fact that there are no cords and that it charges quickly. It also pairs easily with the phone app. I really like the function of the app, which estimates how much time is left until the desired temperature is reached. I've used it indoors and it keeps turning off despite holding the phone 10-12 feet away. He recovers quickly but requires quite a bit of attention when it comes to focusing on other culinary pursuits. The instructions are also difficult to follow, but in any case, it's not difficult to understand the process.
