This is a beautifully made puzzle. He recently came with me on a family vacation and the kids (and some adults!) loved him. My brother-in-law in particular was fascinated by it since he first disassembled it. It's not an easy puzzle, but once you know how to solve it, putting it back together (so you can torment someone else with it) is pretty easy. The attached solution diagram is quite small and difficult to follow, but you can figure it out if you get really stuck. This is definitely one of those mysteries worth leaving to the visitors. It's both beautiful and funny. Well done! -- Updated -- Bought a second one for a friend a few months after buying my first one. Instructions have been updated to be more detailed and clear than the original version. They are also slightly larger, which greatly benefits their clarity. Good improvement! Excellent work!
