It's hard to find a "universal" Bluetooth headset. I have had many headsets and am very picky about the sound and quality of the connection. This one was fine. If there was a 3.5 star rating option I would leave it. The sound was good, but not as loud or with deep bass as a legato Bluetooth headset around my neck. As for the call quality, under normal conditions it picks up your voice well, as well as everything that happens behind it. But if there was wind noise in the background or a buzzing nose like a vacuum cleaner, forget it. People won't be able to hear you. For voice calls, my Plantronics Edge or 5200 works great and even removes vacuum noise in the background. This is a mono headset that comes in handy when you want to listen/watch something discreetly. So my advice is to get Plantronics for voice calls. Use legato headphones for music around your neck. If anyone has a good option, both for music and calls, let me know! I had 4 LG headphones around my neck, Galaxy Buds, Airpods 1 and 2, Bose OE Bluetooth, Legato, countless Plantronics, Motorola and other all-in-one headsets. . Early on, I used Bluetooth headsets with Motorola flip-up headphones. Back then, people thought I was crazy if I talked and walked without a cord connected to my phone.
