I have a very small oven, I can't fit regular sized baking sheets and it makes me sad. I've had them for a few months now and am buying another set not because there's anything wrong with them but because they are perfect. I've seen them warp slightly in the oven (not so much that the fat comes out), but they usually straighten up after they've been removed from the oven. I've never cooked directly on it, I always use racks, that might be a factor. They clean very well, they don't scratch the steel wool I use (houseworker) and after all this time they are still polished to a high gloss.
