I have seborrheic dermatitis and am struggling to find products that will not only tackle the huge dandruff on my scalp but also relieve the incessant itching. I don't really like it as a conditioner, but as a scalp treatment it's fantastic. It contains very fine crumbs that help exfoliate and exfoliate the flaky scalp and it also has a very cooling effect that completely eliminates itching. The feeling of coolness lingered on the scalp for a few hours after rinsing off, which I appreciated. My only complaint is that the sand it contains is so fine that it can be difficult to remove all traces of it when rinsing. But the relief I feel after using it is worth it.
