The sound is great, but the cable broke.

The cable assembly fell apart on both ends when I removed the protective caps. I just tucked the fiber ends back into the jacket, tucked them in after wiping them clean and the sound was great! Obviously there was a problem with production/product control! There is no voltage on either end of the cable so I did not return the cable as it worked fine.
