I really like this belt. I often had an issue of which belt hole to use as some days I needed a little more and other days I needed a little less, but maybe only half the hole. Also, there were times, like during a long flight, when I wanted to loosen it up a bit, which was a problem with a regular belt. This belt solves all of those problems. It goes on quickly and pulls/loosens very quickly. I didn't realize at first that you can easily shorten the strap, which is good as the one I received was originally 6 inches longer. To do this, you remove the buckle, which takes about 10 seconds, then cut off what you don't need (there are guides on the back) and reattach the buckle. Voila, the belt is shorter! a bit heavy but I only notice it when it's unbuttoned. No problem if I wear it. Overall I would definitely recommend this belt. existing belts go to Goodwill.
