Not the best quality
These jewels were very cute. I wish we could use them all. Two balloons (N and E) pop when trying to inflate them. I blew up a couple of latex balloons with no problems so I'm pretty sure it was a balloon problem. Two spiral decorations also broke when trying to open them. I've used this style of decoration for every party I've thrown and haven't broken anything. I bought the jewelry more than a month before our party, so I can't get my money back. But I'm very disappointed with the quality and the fact that we weren't able to use some of the planned decorations.
