I bought what I think is a brand new alarm clock for my son to help him wake up more responsibly. I bought it thinking I would buy it with a glossy mirror finish to match the mirrors in his room. What I received was something that was badly worn from scratches and looks like it has been rubbed down with a dish sponge. has two deep lines going top to bottom and it was already on with the radio on, looks like the person who had it before couldn't figure out how to turn the radio off and just turned it back on. Shame on you for selling used like new! I want a new watch
