I have ordered these cartridges several times over the last year or so. In most cases they work well and produce good print quality even on photos. However, out of the last three orders, two cartridges did not print very well. The company refunded my money and provided me with two new cartridges, both of which worked perfectly. So I ordered them again. Now this most recently purchased color cartridge will not print cyan from any of the nozzles. I've cleaned the cartridge a few times but it still doesn't work properly, only magenta, yellow and a line of cyan. I had to go back to a previously used cartridge that was low on ink but still printing well. I think I'm done buying these cartridges. Too many unknowns.
